Travelling to USA
If you are travelling to USA you may require a visa or you may qualify for the visa waiver scheme.

You will qualify for travel under the Visa Waiver Program (VWP) if:

1- You are a citizen of the United Kingdom, Andorra, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brunei, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Hungary, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Japan, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, San Marino, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, or Switzerland.

2- Have a machine readable passport (showing two lines of text at the bottom of the information page as letters, numbers and chevrons >>> <<<) with biometric data or e-Passport.

Note: nationals of the Czech Republic, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, the Republic of Korea, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, and Slovakia require passports with an integrated chip containing the information from the data page (e-passport) to qualify for the VWP.

All travellers using the Visa Waiver Program are now required to register online through the Electronic System for Travel Authorization (ESTA) prior to travel.

All registrations should be completed no later than 72 hours before departure using the Electronic System for Travel Authorisation or Esta for short.

Travelling to Sri Lanka
From 1 January 2012, all foreign nationals visiting Sri Lanka must obtain an ETA (Electronic Travel Authorization). The ETA is issued online and no passport copies or photographs are required. ETAs are only valid for three months from the date of issue so tell your customers not to apply too early, however, they will need to apply a minimum of 24 hours prior to departure. The cost to obtain an ETA is US$50 for tourists staying up to 30 days. This fee is payable online using Visa, MasterCard & American Express. How do I collect my Eurostar tickets?
Depending on how the Eurostar reservation has been made you may be able to either print your ticket at home or collect your ticket/boarding card at one of the Eurostar terminals.

PRINT YOUR TICKET AT HOME

1- Go to the Eurostar Website
2- Click on Manage a Booking
3- Enter your Booking Reference and Last Name
4-Click on ‘Print your ticket’

COLLECT YOUR TICKET FROM THE ELECTRONIC MACHINES LOCATED IN THE CHECK-IN AREA AT LEAST 45 MINUTES BEFORE DEPARTURE

Ticket Collection Procedure
1- Touch the screen and select your language.
2- Click on ‘ENTER BOOKING REFERENCE’.
3- Type your six character booking reference and press ‘OK’.
4- Click on ‘PRINT’ and then ‘CONTINUE’.
5- Click on ‘PRINT TICKETS’.
6- Credit card verification will not be necessary and the process will move automatically to the next stage.
7- All tickets including receipt will be printed.
8- Proceed to check-in using the automatic check-in gates.

How do I collect my UK Rail tickets at the station?
To Collect your UK rail ticket using the self service ticket machines, you will require your TOD reference which will be sent to you in pdf form.  On arrival at the station you will be required to enter a credit or debit card to trigger the machine to ask you for your TOD reference number..Your card will not be charged as JPT has paid for the tickets on your behalf.  Once entered the machine will issue you with your tickets.

How do I check-in online for Easyjet flights?
To check-in online for your Easyjet flights please do not use the link within the email confirmation.  Instead please go to the Easyjet Website online Check-in page.  Then simply enter your surname and booking reference which can be found at the top of your booking confirmation.  You will also have to tick the check-box to confirm that you have permmission to check-in other passengers on the booking or that you are the only passenger.  Should you be travelling to countries which require advance passenger information, your will be asked to enter your passport information and date of birth.  You will then be able to download and/or print your boarding passes for all flights and should you only be travelling with hand baggage you can go straight through security when you arrive at your departure airport.

How do I check-in online for Ryanair flights?
To check-in online for Ryanair flights please click here.  This will take you to the online check-in page on Ryanair’s website where you should enter the Ryanair booking reference and “business@johnproctortravel.com” for the email address.

How do I check-in online for Flybe flights?

To check-in online for Flybe flights click Check-in and simply enter your booking reference found at the top of your booking confirmation(sometimes shown as vendor locator) and your forename and surname then click continue.   You may be able at this point to select seats and any extra baggage your may require before printing your boarding passes.
